1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
i. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled event date.
ii. Technical failures or unforeseen circumstances that prevent our ability to provide agreed-upon services.
2. Non-Refundable Deposits:
All deposits made to secure our Event planning and or mobile DJ services are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation by the Client:
a. If the client cancels the event 30 days or more before the scheduled date, the balance payment, excluding the non-refundable deposit, may be eligible for a refund.
b. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation by Elation Productions:
In the unlikely event that Elation Productions LLC is unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances or technical failures, a full refund will be issued to the client.
5. Refund Process:
a. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to (please view our contact page for email and mailing details).
b. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of the written request approval.
c. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
6. No-Show Policy:
If the client fails to provide necessary information or fulfill obligations outlined in the agreement, resulting in the inability to provide services, no refund will be issued.
7. Force Majeure:
Elation Productions shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, and acts of terrorism.
